Lodge E40 – Kiberick

This lodge is under new ownership and has been renamed and refurnished.

Lodge E40 – Kiberick, a two-storey lodge located on the North Terrace, a quieter and private part of the site close to the pool and reception area.

Kiberick has three bedrooms, comprising of a king master bedroom on the first floor with french doors leading to a covered balcony and two twin bedrooms on the ground floor.

An open plan kitchen/dining/living room area on the ground floor, plus two bathrooms (shower) arranged on the ground and first floors.

Wonderful views over Gerrans Bay towards Towan Beach can be seen from the master bedroom on the first floor, with further coastline and countryside views from the decked area.

Kiberick has been built to a top quality specification with bi-fold doors leading from the living room onto a very large decked area, perfect for outdoor dining.  There are two separate landscaped/grassed areas on each side of the lodge and a locked shed available for storing bikes etc.

The lodge has a gravel driveway with parking for 2 cars, and easy ramp access to the front door.
