Self Catering Holiday Lodges

Each of our fully furnished lodges is a comfortable, relaxing, and inviting base whilst on holiday from which to explore the estate, the Roseland, and furthermore, the entire county of Cornwall.

These self-catering lodges share a common construction and design although many have individual interior touches, which reflect their status as more than just lodges but as genuine welcoming homes. Many have sea views. Our lodges sleep up to 6* people in various configurations. Each individual lodge will specify a bed layout using the icons below.  *Lodge E39 Cowrie sleeps up to 8 people & Lodge L14 Redwing sleeps up to 4 people

 

 

 

 

 

The well equipped kitchen includes a hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, washer/drier and dishwasher. The open plan living/dining areas all have dining table & chairs, sofas, TV & DVD player with either Freesat digital television or Sky (basic channels). Heating is available for the colder months by way of storage heaters. (heating options may differ in the newer lodges). Outside each lodge is a decked area, accessed via patio doors, with outside seating. In our 2-storey lodges, you’ll find a master bedroom with its own balcony, large landing & spacious bathroom.

Pets are welcome in many lodges for a charge of £30.00 per dog per week (maximum 2 dogs & payable at time of booking).

Bed linen and towels are provided and all beds are made ready for arrival. Complimentary household pack and tea/coffee pack also provided.
Leisure towels, highchairs, travel cots, and stairgates are all available to hire for an additional charge.

All lodges have Free Wi-Fi fibre.
In addition, you have the facility to access the internet in Reception during opening hours with FREE WI-FI. Password available at Reception.

Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere within our lodges.

BBQ’s/Fireworks/Candles (naked flames). All are not permitted inside/outside lodges, or on-site due to insurance and fire safety regulations. We have a designated space that guests can use, please speak to Reception to find out more.

Length of Stay Options

For a 7-day break or more book either a Monday to Monday, Thursday to Thursday, Friday to Friday or a Saturday to Saturday. Come for a 4-night break, Monday to Friday, or a long weekend of 3-nights, Friday to Monday.

Check In – from 4pm
Check Out – by 10am (Late checkout available (12 noon) when booking for an extra charge)

Recycling & Refuse Collection

The recycling and bins area is situated at the top of the site.

The dustbin outside each lodge is emptied on Changeover Days.
