Lodge E25 Holm Oak is located on the West Lawn. The lodge is surrounded by a large private garden, with easy access to the Manor House Lawn, making it perfect for families. There are fabulous views from the enclosed decking area, over fields to Gerrans Bay. The decking area benefits from sunshine in the morning to late afternoon. Parking for two cars is available outside the lodge with easy access to the property.

Percuil is located at the far end of Trewince in The Orchard.  Fully refurbished in 2022.  This single storey lodge offers a more private balcony to the side with uninterrupted views across the fields and down towards Towan Beach and Killigeran Head.

Lodge L15 – Refurbished in 2021 and ideally situated at the bottom of the South Terrace with uninterrupted views across the fields and down towards Towan Beach.
Master double bedroom with en-suite, and 2 x twin bedrooms plus a family bathroom.  Gravel parking outside of the lodge.  Access is a couple of steps up to the front door with separate steps onto the enclosed decking.  Grassed area also alongside the lodge (not to be used for parking).

Lodge E22 Puffin is located on the South Terrace. It has views across fields and down towards Towan Beach, particularly from the upstairs balcony. Bedrooms: 1 x Double and 2 x Twin. Separate parking for 2 vehicles is opposite the lodge with a pathway down to the front door. The pathway however is slightly steep so not recommended for anyone with mobility issues.

Lodge L23 – Cormorant is located at the top of the South Terrace.  This single story lodge offers a more private balcony located to the side of the lodge. Refurbished in 2024 to include new kitchen, en-suite bathroom plus an accessible wet room. All conveniently situated on one level with a master bedroom (en-suite) plus 2 twin rooms.

Kiberick has three bedrooms, comprising of a king master bedroom on the first floor with french doors leading to a covered balcony and two twin bedrooms on the ground floor. Wonderful views over Gerrans Bay towards Towan Beach can be seen from the master bedroom on the first floor, with further coastline and countryside views from the decked area.

Welcome to Hemmick, the perfect getaway.  Set in the beautiful Roseland Peninsula one of the most unspoilt areas of Cornwall and only a mile from the nearest beach.  Refurbished in 2021, Hemmick has views out through the bifold doors, across the lawn and out sea.  Plus in the distance Gull Rock and the Dodman point. Maximum 1 dog only.

Lodge E49 Kittiwake is a more recently built lodge located within the Walled Garden. Bedrooms: 1 x King and 2 x Twin. Providing superb views down over the site, across the fields and out to sea. A more secluded area of the site situated within the privacy of the garden walls. Parking is available directly outside with a ramp up to the door. Grassed areas to the front and side of the lodge.

Lodge E50 Perrins is a more recently built lodge located within the Walled Garden. Bedrooms: 1 x King and 2 x Twin sleeping up to 6 people. Providing superb views down over the site, across the fields and out to sea. A more secluded area of the site situated within the privacy of the garden walls. Parking is available directly outside with a ramp up to the door.

Lodge L54 Sunny Corner – which built in 2019 is modern, bright and well equipped. Located in the corner of the historic walled garden, it offers total privacy. The generously sized fully fenced in garden makes it ideal for young families and dog owners.
