Lodge L56 – Seaglass built in 2020, is a brand new 3 bedroom lodge accommodating up to 6 guests. It has one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 2 x twin bedrooms, family bathroom and ample parking for 2-3 cars.
This well-equipped lodge, with open plan kitchen/dining and living area is positioned within the seclusion of the historic walled garden and close to site amenities. Bi-fold doors open onto a decked area where outdoor dining can be enjoyed and sea views can be enjoyed from the raised garden terrace with seating area.
Facilities include washer dryer, dishwasher, microwave and hairdryer.
This single storey lodge with a fully enclosed garden is perfect for young families, dog owners and older guests alike. Well behaved dogs are welcome.

Lodge E45 – Greenaway is a beautifully refurbished, stylish family and pet friendly lodge situated on the peaceful East Lawn. It features a modern kitchen area with dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge/freezer and microwave. It also has two luxurious and modern bathrooms. The upstairs bathroom has a roll top bath and a shower whilst the downstairs bathroom features a spacious shower.
The lodge has a wonderful position nestled amongst trees and situated close to the swimming pool and reception area. Access to the Manor Lawn is just a step away and so is fantastic for families to enjoy the space and walks around the estate.
The lodge has three bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 people. The master bedroom has a king bed and lovely terrace to enjoy the views. The two other bedrooms downstairs have 2 single beds.
The lodge has a television with freeview, a DVD player along with a selection of DVD’s. There is also a selection of children’s toys, books and board games to keep them entertained when they are worn out from a day of enjoying the beach or the pool. There is also a decking area to enjoy some alfresco dining, or just chill out with a glass of wine after a busy day exploring the beautiful area.

Lodge E38 Bohortha is a homely, newly re-decorated 2-storey lodge, located on the North Terrace. It boasts extensive stunning views towards Towan Beach, Gerrans Bay and shipping at anchor as far as Falmouth Bay, from the spacious decking, open-plan living area and upstairs master bedroom.
Bedrooms: 1 x Kingsize; 2 x Twin
There is a large grassed area available to the side of the lodge which is great for families. The lodge has a gravel drive, directly outside, with parking for two cars.
Accessibility: Entry is by either 2 steps or a ramp up to the front door
Wi-Fi: Access to super-fast Broadband is included

Lodge L54 – Sunny Corner is a 2019 newly built lodge that is modern, bright and well equipped. Located in the corner of the historic walled garden, it offers total privacy.
Sunny Corner will be a Thursday Changeover so is a perfect lodge to avoid avoiding travelling at the weekends. Taking bookings from end May.
The generously sized fully fenced in garden makes it ideal for young families and dog owners. The single storey lodge with easy access is equally suitable for older people or wheelchair users. The lodge has two terraces. One provides a sheltered sun trap and dining space for six. The second terrace is a raised terrace with picnic table where you can enjoy the beautiful sea and countryside views. The lodge has parking for two cars.
