When you book your stay with us pay your balance  7 days before your arrival date.  In the event of a closure, no balance will be due and your booking can be moved to a later date (subject to availability).

If you wish to cancel, please be aware you are liable for the deposit.  If you have been asked to self-isolate you are entitled to a full refund of your bookings or can move it to another date free of charge.   Evidence of self-isolation may be requested.
