Last Estate lodge being sold off plan £250,000

We are nearing completion of the Trewince Manor estate and the last of the two storey lodges is now under construction. Plot 39 situated is situated on our North Terrace adjacent to the Manor house. Just a stones throw from the leisure facilities which include a heated indoor pool, sauna and spa pool.

We are offering  the lodge for £250,000 and the building work is in the early stages so you could choose the internal specification and make this lodge perfect for your holiday retreat in the Roseland. With holiday-use only status you can enjoy your lodge all  year round for family holidays. Or ask the on-site management team to rent out the lodge to give a reasonable income and offset the cost.

Trewince Holiday Lodges has been run as a family business since 1985 and we pride ourselves on maintaining the 28 acre estate for all to enjoy. With 11 acres of woodland and a private Quay giving access to the Carrick Roads, Trewince makes the perfect place to escape the modern world.

For more information about the development please see our Lodge Sales page and download a brochure or give us a call to arrange a visit to the Estate and see for yourself.
